I’m Kate. The lakehouse is ours, and I run it personally.

On Airbnb you’ll see me as Katherine — same person. Stay at Nolin is owned and operated by 195 Vivienne Trace LLC, a family business my husband Jody and I run together. I answer every guest message. If something’s not right during your stay, you’ll have my phone number from the moment you book.

We built this house to host fifteen people without anyone feeling on top of each other, and we’ve been hosting on Airbnb long enough to know what big groups need. The direct booking site exists so you can save the 14% Airbnb fee and so we can talk like neighbors, not platform users.
